Service : Really poor communication. No confirnstion of order sent via email once order placed online. Two items did not turn up with rest of order. No details sent. Tried phoning and emailing many times with no answer received. Only the threat of trading standards got a receipt and I received an immediate refund 3 months after placing initial order.

The product is one sent direct by our Supplier, they have confirmed postage but unfortunately you did not receive these.
