The website was appalling. The checkout added up wrong and sent confirmation of the wrong amount through to my email. When I rang to sort out the person was quite dismissive and said the correct amount would be taken. It wasn't. I then had to wait for a £90 refund.

Poor service, delivery timing and quality of goods - emailed customer service manager and received no reply. Upset children at Christmas time - v. unhappy customer. Ordered within delivery time for Christmas - all failed to arrive in time. spent £50 on this order - the children have had them previously and asked Father Christmas for them again...difficult to explain why they did not arrive in time....

Fine service, but emailing is now impossible for us as we cannot find the correct password.
we only ever use variants of two and we do NOT wish to have another one.
If we can't sort it (we have sent this already and in the end telephoned a small order), I doubt we will order again. The person taking our call whist helpful could not help us with the password problem.
