I was sent the wrong colour as apparently you had run out of the navy. I complained as this was a christmas present and was sent again the wrong colour which arrived after christmas. Finally received the correct colour ones in February. The customer service I received was terrible and the manager David's response was not good enough or apologetic enough. I received no compensation even though I ordered the goods in enough time for christmas. The actual items I received were good quality but it seemed no-one knew what they were doing each time I rang Letterbox to discuss what had happened to them and I was sent the wrong colour ones just to keep me quiet and presumed I would be happy with the wrong items. I will NOT be recommending Letterbox to anyone or using them myself again.

I am extremely sorry for the problems you encountered.

This product was personalised by a supplier and unfortunately they ran out of the colour and supplied a black version and not the Navy as requested.

We did manage to supply the bag eventually and refund you the amount paid for them.

We are working very hard to improve our service and this includes the way we deal with our suppliers.

Once again I am very sorry for the problems and also if you did not feel we were apologetic at the time.

The website was appalling. The checkout added up wrong and sent confirmation of the wrong amount through to my email. When I rang to sort out the person was quite dismissive and said the correct amount would be taken. It wasn't. I then had to wait for a £90 refund.
