Product : Thoroughly delighted with the look and quality of the product. As was our granddaughter! Impressed with the safety features - non-slam lid hinges and gaps to prevent trapped hands. Bought as a Christmas present, is well used and still looks as good as new.
Service : Found no fault with the company itself but tracking the delivery of the order was problematic. Never quite sure when it was going to arrive. Information on shipper's site was unsatisfactory and difficult to follow.
