Service was extremely poor, including the customer services department. I was promised a £10.00 refund due to the poor service however, this has yet to materialise. Would not use this company again, nor recommend them.

Product : Bought as an 8th birthday present for my granddaughter who is fascinated with all things medical, and she loves it.
Service : Considering this order was placed on the run-up to Christmas the parcel arrived without any delay. A smaller version catalogue came with one of my magazines and I then went onto the website.

I wrote to Letterbox following my order but did not receive any acknowledgment, let alone a reply. The toys were good, received with delight by the children. I was disappointed with the service. It was very poor practice of them to send me an email on the day of delivery saying that any orders placed from that day (for perhaps a week or so - can't recall exactly) would save x% and free delivery. I worked out I could have saved approx £25. from my order. A very unhappy customer, particularly when I had no response from them.

Ordered customised products in excess of 28 days. Despite two calls two them, I have had no explanation as to why the products are so late. I missed being able to give my neice her present on account of this delay.
Still no products and no feedback despite them saying they would get back to me.
