Service was extremely poor, including the customer services department. I was promised a £10.00 refund due to the poor service however, this has yet to materialise. Would not use this company again, nor recommend them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Their response to emails was virtually non-existent and they did not return voicemail messages. it was very stressful trying to get through to the helpline. they were late with the orders in spite of the fact that we ordered well in advance. I would not use them again for anything.

This was the second time I have ordered the 'named pencils' for my 2 daughters for Christmas by the deadline. I even phoned to check that I would receive them after what happened previously. I receieved an email at 15.00 on christmas eve saying that they would not be dispatching them. I had sent emails and attempted to contact them by phone, when the lines should have been answered but only got a recorded message. I received the around the 10th Jan. They were not cheap at around £20 per box and I don't think the quality is as good as last time. Wood much cheaper and dito box. Awful service and much avaoidable stress.

I placed an order in November prior to the cut off date for personalised orders in time for Christmas delivery. However only 1 item arrived. The remaining items arrived after Christmas and in fact I received an email on Christmas Eve advising that another item was not available - it arrived in February. Emailed Letterbox with no response. Have never encountered service so poor. I will never order from letterbox again and will advise all my friends family and colleagues and recommend they no longer purchase from letterbox
