I placed an order for pencil cases in plenty of time for christmas but it didnt come in time. I mistaken ordered 3 when i only wanted 1. As soon as the office opened i called to cancel 1 but was told i couldnt. As it was only 1 pencil case arrived in time for christmas. I was not told that the others would be late. I emailed after christmas and canceled the other 2 as they didnt arrive in time. There was no response. I had to call and the order was then cancelled and reunded. Customer service was poor. Would think twice about use comany again.
