Product : My son loves this because he's Lego-mad.
Service : I wasn't going to use Letterbox again because the service was atrocious the previous time. But I thought I'd give it one more go, and it seems much more efficient now.

Overall a good service but one item was very late and I was not notified until after Christmas, If I had know this from the order date I would not of ordered this item. The other items I was very satisfied with.

Product : My children are drawing so much more now with the carousel on the side they have easy access to pens, pencils, crayons without them being kept away in a pencil case.

There was a mix -up with the Budkins Pirate Set in the set there was two pirates and two knights. Letterbox replaced the set without any problems.
