Product : my daughter loved it.
Service : Absolutely terrible customer service. Their response to emails was virtually non-existent and they did not return voicemail messages. it was very stressful trying to get through to the helpline. they were late with the orders in spite of the fact that we ordered well in advance. I would not use them again for anything.
