Terrible customer service. Order took three tries to complete and at no point did I get anything close to an apology. Surprised to be asked for feedback. Will never use again.

Dear Mrs Tan

I understand your disappointment, I am certainly not pleased that the products we supplied were missing parts, this is for us to discuss with our supplier and ensure that they supply us with the product with all pieces intact.

I am pleased that we handled the situation as quickly as we could and we apologised in every email. We were totally at the mercy of the supplier to get the replacement parts to us.

I have no record of a complaint being received on the 19th December so I have also written to you separately to this review system.
