This new, elegant dolls' house has four storeys for lots of play fun. Each room, including the attic, is individually decorated and the staircases with banisters act as room dividers. Its different window styles include opening shutters and back windows to allow light to shine through. With a pink portico front door, window boxes, painted yellow stars on the blue shutters, this is a charming, traditional house. Flat packed and easy to assemble.

Product : My 2 1/2 year old loves this house and so do all her friends, we are 5 months in and I can honestly say she has played with her house every day. Lovely build quality and plenty of room to play.
Service : Speedy delivery all presents reached us in record time before Christmas, well packaged.

Terrible customer service. Order took three tries to complete and at no point did I get anything close to an apology. Surprised to be asked for feedback. Will never use again.

I understand your disappointment, I am certainly not pleased that the products we supplied were missing parts, this is for us to discuss with our supplier and ensure that they supply us with the product with all pieces intact.

I am pleased that we handled the situation as quickly as we could and we apologised in every email. We were totally at the mercy of the supplier to get the replacement parts to us.

I have no record of a complaint being received on the 19th December so I have also written to you separately to this review system.
