This artist’s bumper pack opens out to a whopping four feet long (over one metre)! It unfolds into a mini easel and holds over 215 pieces - coloured pencils, thick markers, felt tipped pens, crayons and paints of every imaginable hue, as well as brushes, a pad and pencil sharpener. This has to be high on every budding artist’s wish list.

Product : I hesitated on what to score here. The bumper pack in itself was Excellent in what was included in it but the condition it arrived to in wasn't. Every single crayon had come loose from it's fixings in the pack and was rattling around in the packaging. Some were snapped and two were missing altogether. Really not ideal, especially when it was a Christmas present for my young nephew. I re-packed the crayons and had to put paper tape over them all so the same thing didn't happen again whilst it was wrapped up. I was a bit dispapointed to be honest, but my nephew loved the pack overall. I would have called Letterbox to complain, but I didn't have time to find a replacement present, so had to make do with what you sent me.
Service : I was unable to order the required item as it was out of stock, but the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful. She assured me it would be with me for Christmas and it was.

Product : I ordered a box of paints and wax crayons. The product was designed as a three page folder but when it was opened most of the crayons fell out of the slots designed to hold them in place, this created a very poor user experience, to a child they became just a pile of coloured pencils when it was used
Service : The service was excellent. However on delivery of the artists crayons and paint all the crayons were in the bottom of the box many broken, we assumed it was faulty packaging and contacted you. Although it was close to Christmas your sales team responded right away and we had a fresh delivery within two days. We had purchased this product some two years earlier for another child and it was really well made which is why we bought another, sadly the quality has not been maintained, the current model would not encourage me to recommend it to associates, but the service was superb.

Ordered customised products in excess of 28 days. Despite two calls two them, I have had no explanation as to why the products are so late. I missed being able to give my neice her present on account of this delay.
Still no products and no feedback despite them saying they would get back to me.
